How do I sign in?

Enter your email address and SeatSnag sends you a sign-in link (on the website) or a six-digit code (in the app). There is no password. Codes and links last 15 minutes and work once.

The email never arrived

Check your spam or junk folder, and that the address was typed correctly, then ask for a new one.

I didn't get an alert

Alerts are sent when enough seats open up side by side to match what you asked for. If you asked for four together, three free seats will not trigger one. Check your settings to make sure the kind of alert you want is switched on.

How do I stop the alerts?

Remove a watch to stop its alerts. Switch off any kind of email in Settings, and notifications in your phone's Settings app under SeatSnag.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, on the Watching screen. On the website, under Settings. Deleting removes your account, watches and settings immediately. See Privacy for details.
